Work experience: Several years research and teaching at the universities of Geneva, Saabrücken and Helsinki. 8 years legal advisor to the German Federal Minister of Economy. 15 years consultant for national, regional and international governmental and non governmental organisations on cooperative policy and legislation. Since 2007 Team Leader of EMP/COOP, the Cooperative Branch of the ILO.
